Spark Plug Replacement:

Remove HT leads from sparkplugs located on the rear side of the engine noting cylinder assignment.
Remove plugs from cylinder head
Check gap of new plugs using feeler gauge (NGK Spec: 0.8mm although this should be preset)
If adjustment is required use a soft faced mallet to adjust. Don’t ever leave feeler gauge in whilst adjusting gap.
Smear a small amount of copper grease or molybdenum grease around the threads, avoiding leading 3 threads.
Fit plugs into cylinder head and torque to 18Nm (13.3 lb-ft)
Refit HT Leads

Recommended NGK plugs for 3S-GE = BKR6EP-82215

Toyota P/N = 90919-01180

Gap is preset

HT Lead Resistance: <25K Ohm PER Lead
